Preorder Details

Preorder items will ship as soon as production is complete. If your purchase includes both preorder and in-stock products, the full order will be sent out together once the preorder pieces are ready.

Please note that preorder dates are approximate and may shift depending on manufacturing and transit delays. If you’d rather avoid waiting, we recommend placing separate orders for preorder and available items.

Cancellations & Order Changes

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.

What happens once I order?

All orders will be shipped within 1 week of purchase, excluding pre-orders. Items that are on pre-order will have an estimated shipping date in the item description. Upon placing a FreakzCorp order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This will include all the info you have provided for us to ship your order correctly. Please ensure your address is exact. If the address on your order is incorrect, contact us ASAP with the correction. If you inform us about the address change after we have shipped your order, that is not our responsibility!

What happens if I place multiple orders?

Separate transactions placed in the same shipping cycle will not be combined.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. FreakzCorp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - replacements or refunds will not be provided.

Sometimes! If an item is still listed online, you can sign up for restock notifications. It helps us see which pieces you want back!! If it does make a return, you’ll be the first to know!!
